PRAGUE: Czech director Jan Hrebejk‘s new Fassbinder inspired feature Waste, City and Death (Opad, Mesto, Smrt) will have its premiere on 22 November 2012 in Prague cinemas and at the same time online at the Czech VOD platform www.aerovod.cz.
PRAGUE: Czech Television (www.ceskatelevize.cz) will begin broadcasts of its new children’s channel in mid-2013, Czech TV general director Petr Dvořák announced.
The Film New Europe (FNE) Association is the networking platform for film professionals in the CEE/SEE/Baltics region.
