Due to record number of applications for the Main Competition and restrictions connected with works of the Festival's Jury, Jacek Bromski - the director of the film God's Little Village, which was qualified for the Main Competition - decided to give chance to the debutantes and asked the Organisational Commitee to move his film to Panorama of Polish Cinema (off competition section). Thanks to that, instead of Bromski's film, qualification for the Main Competition was reassigned to Maciej Rogalski's film Last Action.
