This year, for the first time, entries to the Documentary Films Competition, were accepted for two separate time categories: short and feature. During the festival an international jury, separate for each category, will decide on the winners of Grand Prix - the Golden Frog. What is more, independently from the juries' choice, the patron of the Documentary Films Section will for the first time in history grant the statuettes of Discovery Networks Central Europe for the first time in history. From November 28th to December 5th in Polonia Cinema in Lodz the fans of documentaries will have a chance to see, among other things, the movies awarded at Hot Docs, Dok Liepzig and Silverdocs festivals. 22 feature documentary films were qualified for the Documentary Films Competition finale.
