In the second half of April, two Ger­man cities - Ber­lin and Pots­dam - will turn into the main cen­tres promoting Polish cinema for a couple of days. Among the shown films there will also be documen­taries. What is more, the festival will be accom­panied by work­shops con­duc­ted by Mar­cin Koszałka.
In the first half of May, in Van­couver, the Doc­u­ment­ary Film Fest­ival DOXA will start. At this fest­ival, there will also appear a rep­res­ent­a­tion of Pol­ish doc­u­ment­ary cinema. Four films by Pol­ish dir­ect­ors have been qual­i­fied to the inter­na­tional competition.

At one of the big­gest festivals on the world, Hot Docs in Toronto, Canada, there will be a strong represen­tation of Polish documen­tary cinema. Two Polish films will take part in the com­petition, while as much as 22 films will be shown during the film mar­ket Doc Shop 2010.
