FESTIVALS: Robert De Niro and Stephen Frears to Be Awarded at Sarajevo FF

SARAJEVO: Robert De Niro will receive the First Honorary Heart of Sarajevo – Lifetime Achievement Award, while Stephen Frears will receive the Honorary Heart of Sarajevo Award at the 22nd Sarajevo Film Festival. The festival takes place from 12 to 20 August 2016.

Stephen Frears will receive the Honorary Heart of Sarajevo Award for his extraordinary contribution to the art of film and his latest film, Florence Foster Jenkins, will be screened at this year’s Sarajevo Film Festival’s Open Air Programme. Stephen Frears was a guest of Sarajevo Film Festival’s Tribute to Programme in 2002.
