The Sofia New Agency reports that the approval on October 2 clears the way for a merger between CableTel and Evrokom Cable. FN Cable Cooperatief U.A., the Dutch company that owns Evrocom, through its local Bulgarian firm, FN Cable Holdings B.V, is expected to acquire CableTel and V-Com Bulgaria.The companies offer cable, internet, and telephone services.
