The jury called the film "gorgeous, hilarious, enlightening and irresistible." The film, an absurdist rendering of a misguided Bulgarian/Albania/Macedonian infrastructure project, is the director's first full-length documentary. The film was produced by Martichka Bozhilova. The 15-year-old festival closed April 27 in Toronto.

In February, the film won the Ecumenical Jury prize when it screened in the Berlinale Forum section. It was the first Bulgarian film to appear in the festival in six years.
