ZAGREB: After spending four years in development, the Dutch/Croatian thriller from acclaimed Dutch director David Verbeek began filming in Croatia on 24 April 2014.

The film is a coproduction from Leontine Petit through the Dutch Lemming Film and Sinisa Jurićić through the Croatian companies Nukleus Film and Jaako dobra produkcija (opened by Nukleus Film in 2013).

The project has applied for the cash rebate scheme of the Croatian Audiovisual Centre, Jurićić told FNE. It will be shot entirely on location in Croatia for 28 days, representatives of Lemming Film told FNE.

This psychological thriller following a drone pilot who misses his target and accidentally hits a school is described by the director as “a road movie of the subconscious.” The film stars French actors Grégoire Colin, Slimane Dazi and Lizzie Brocheré.

This is the sixth feature project by David Verbeek. Full Contact was developed in L’Atelier at the Film Festival Cannes 2011 and it was selected for the East Meets West coproduction forum 2013 in Triest. The premiere is set for 2015. The budget is 1,215,000EUR, representatives of Lemming Film told FNE.
