FNE at Cyprus Film Days International Festival: Rosemarie wins 2017 Festival

    NICOSIA: Cypriot director Adonis Florides’ production Rosemarie won the Glocal Images Best Film Award at the 15th Cyrus Film Days International Festival held in Limassol and Nicosia from 27 April to 6 May 2017.

    The festival showcased a total of 18 films in and out of competition from around the world, with 11 films competing for awards, including two local feature films. The festival also included the screening of a film dedicated to Pablo Larrain, midnight screenings, and workshops and masterclasses by internationally renowned cinematographers and directors.

    At the festival’s closing ceremony, short films made at the film workshops by children and teenagers in the Cyprus Film Days for Children and Youth were screened.
