Revival was nominated for the Czech Lion in 11 categories and has been shown at several international film festivals, including Palm Springs (US), Cottbus (Germany) and Arras (France).

The story of four aging musicians whose rock band broke up under ambiguous circumstances in the 1970´s and who, each for their own reasons, decide to attempt a spectacular comeback, features a popular Czech cast including Miroslav Krobot, Karel Heřmánek, Vojtěch Dyk, Bolek Polívka, and Zuzana Bydžovská. The DOP of the film was Matěj Cibulka.

Revival is the second partnership between Nellis with the production company IN Film Praha, and one which is currently continuing with the production of the feature film Angels. Revival was coproduced by Česká Televize and RWE and supported by The Czech State Fund for the Support and Development of Czech Cinematography, the Film Industry Support Programme. The budget of the film was 22 mil CZK (800,000 EUR).
