FNE at Zlin IFF 2016: Eight Children’s Films in Competition

    ZLIN: Eight films from Europe, the Middle East and Asia have been selected for the competition of films for children at the 56th Zlin International Festival of Films for Children and Youth, which takes place 27 May through 3 June 2016 in the central Moravian city of Zlin.

    The films represent a diversity of cultures, with Indian, South Korean, Israeli and Iranian films screening alongside films from Denmark, France, Sweden and Germany. No films from CEE territories made the cut this year. The jury for the section consists of German director Thomas Heinemann, Dutch director Barbara Bredero and Belgian director Olivier Ringer.
