History Channel begins Czech broadcasts

The History Channel and History HD begins Czech language broadcasts in the Czech Republic and Slovakia in this fall.

The local language version will be available on cable operator UPC. The History Channel will start in September, with History HD commencing in October.

The History Channel is widely available throughout Central and Eastern Europe, in Poland, Romania, Slovania, Croatia, and Hungary, as well as in Serbia, Bosnia, and Montenegro.
