Baltic Bridge East by West Launch Call for Applications

    TALLINN: Application for the 4th edition of Baltic Bridge East by West (B’EST), the producers' workshop set up in cooperation with EAVE (European Audiovisual Entrepreneurs) and with the support from Creative Europe MEDIA Programme, is now open for 12 participants.

    Of these 12 participants eight should have a feature film project from the European Union (four participants) and the CIS countries, Georgia and Ukraine (four participants). The other four participants (of which three will be from the EU and one from the CIS countries, Georgia and Ukraine) are welcomed without projects.

    B’EST consists of two workshops taking place on 7-11  September in St. Petersburg and 15-18 November 2015 in Tallinn, within the framework of Baltic Event). One of the projects will be awarded by the P.O.V. development fund.

    The target group is experienced feature film producers and other representatives of the audiovisual industry wishing to create relationships between Western and Eastern Europe. The producers  should apply with a feature film project in development stage while the individuals who wish to participate without projects must present their track record and a letter of motivation.

    The deadline for submissions is 1 July 2015. The results will be announced end of July 2015.
