Baltic Event Co-Production Market: Call For Entries

By

The 6th edition of the Baltic Event Co-Production Market will take place from 1-3 December during the Black Nights Film Festival and right before the European Film Academy Awards ceremony in Tallinn, making this one of the best years to present your project from the Baltic Countries, Central and Eastern Europe, Russia, and Scandinavia. The deadline for entries is 15 September.

The market brings together project representatives with potential financiers and decision makers from the international film industry in a series of efficient, intense, and intimate one-on-one meetings while also providing the opportunity to become acquainted with all other aspects of the local film industry - from films in pre-production to post-production, meeting the young, energetic, and successful producers from the region, and touching base with the many professionals -producers, sales agents, distributors, film institutions, and festivals - who have come to make Baltic Event a regular stopping point on their festival circuit.

This year also introduces a new pilot project: Baltic Event for the East (BE'E). The aim of BE'E is to raise interest towards film projects from Russia and Ukraine. Additionally 4 projects from Russia and Ukraine will be selected to be presented during Baltic Event co-production market.
