A Riga court has directed Baltkom TV to cease broadcasts of TV3 via digital land-line.
The Baltic Course reported that in a court case on November 4, TV3 claimed that Baltkom TV was broadcasting TV3 without permission. The decision takes effect immediately and is irreversable.
