FESTIVALS: Vilnius IFF Kino Pavasaris Competition Announced

    VILNIUS: The 21st Vilnius IFF, running 31 March – 14 April 2016, will screen 47 films in three competition sections.

    Ten films will screen in the New Europe – New Names competition of films from Central and Eastern Europe, and ten films will screen in the Baltic Gaze competition. The remainder will screen in the short film competition.

    Poland, Slovakia and the Czech Republic will have a strong presence in the New Europe – New Names competition. Lithuania, Latvia and Poland have selections in the Baltic Gaze competition.
