The festival is organized by the Malta Film Foundation in conjunction with PBS Ltd, which manages TVM, Malta’s national television station. Festival films will be broadcast on TV and online.

The festival is open to all short films including animation, drama, thrillers and documentaries.  Advertisements, music videos and Public Service Announcement are also accepted. The maximum duration of the films is 15 minutes including the credits. There is no minimum duration.

The deadline for submissions is 31 May 2013.
