WARSAW: Kino Polska TV S.A will assume 100% of Filmbox International Ltd. shares in an internal move within Kino Polska TV’s majority stakeholder SPI International Group.
The strategy is designed to gain more control within SPI’s company structure.
The Board of Kino Polska TV said that in order for the plan to work the company needs to increase its stock capital by issuing 6 to 7 million shares of stock at a price of no higher than 17 PLN.
SPI International Group is a major distributor of movies and TV shows internationally. The company is headquartered in New York City with local representatives in London, Amsterdam, Warsaw, Bratislava, Budapest and Tel Aviv.
