By

WARSAW: TVN (www.tvn.pl) shares stopped being listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange Market on 9 September 2015 as part of Scripps Networks Interactive strategy, which has used its sub-companies to acquire all the shares of the private broadcaster.

On June 2015 Scripps Networks bought 52.7 % of TVN shares and now, after using its sub-companies to acquire the rest, it controls 98.76 % of the shares. TVN shares have stopped being listed on the WIG40, WIG39, WIG30TR, WIG, WIG-Poland and WIG-media indexes.

"The operation of de-listing the TVN shares from these indexes is a result of the regulations stating that companies which have less than 10% of free stocks cannot be listed on  the stock exchange," Warsaw Stock Exchange informed FNE.
