Producers Network, Breakfast Meetings
photo: Alexandra Fleurantin 2015WARSAW: Five Polish producers have been selected for the 13th Producers Network which will take place as part of Film Market at the 69th Cannes Film Festival on 12-18 May 2016.
Poland received one of the seven Spotlights, while the others were given to producers from Mexico, the Netherlands, Canada and South America and also to two projects coming from Palestine and Brazil.
The Polish producers who will participate in the Producers Network are: Jan Kwiecinski from Akson Studio, Marcin Wierzchoslawski from Metro Films, Radoslaw Drabik from Kinomedia, Joanna Szymanska from SHIPsBOY and Magdalena Kaminska from Balapolis.
The Film New Europe (FNE) Association is the networking platform for film professionals in the CEE/SEE/Baltics region. The webportal and FNE newswire was chosen as the MAIN TOOL to achieve the network’s objectives of the sharing of know how, visibility of regional cultural diversity and finally the VOICE of the region.
FNE’s objectives include VISIBILITY for the region and AUDIENCES for films by providing a special focus on the region.
