The contest is open to professional and amateur filmmakers from Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany and Poland. The films should be from one to five minutes long. 

The contest is organised by the Adam Mickiewicz Institute, Polish Film Festival and the Pomeranian Film Foundation & Gdynia Film School.
