The story evolves around a small town of Wilkowyje ( Howling Wolf) where twin brothers hool the most prominent jobs in the local community- the town clerk and the priest. Against a background of comical episodes involving the habitants of Wilkowyje, a love story between a local failure Kusy and a charming American of Polish descent continues to unravel.
