Public broadcaster TVP and Cyfrowy Polsat, the biggest satellite operator in Poland, have signed an agreement regulating their cooperation.
According to the agreement, signed on March 19, TVP's (www.tvp.pl) leading channels TVP1, TVP2, TVP SPORT, TVP INFO, TVP Kultura and TVP Polonia will be all available to Cyfrowy Polsat (www.cyfrowypolsat.pl) clients, as parts of Polsat's packages.

"In making this agreement, TVP focused on the fact that Cyfrowy Polsat is the biggest satellite provider in Poland," Piotr Farfał, acting as the Chairman of TVP said. "Benefits from this agreement will be multilateral and noticeable by our viewers, including sport fans. The reach of TVP Sport will be much wider, which means that our new, rich program offer will be available to millions of sport lovers," he added.
