Gutek Film Competes for Cartoon Movie Award

    Poland's Gutek Film is competing for Cartoon Movie's best distributor award which will be presented at the conclusion of the 13th annual event, 2-4 March 2011 in Lyon, France.

    Gutek Film (www.gutekfilm.com.pl) will compete against Spain's 6 Sales and France's Studiocanal.

    In addition to its film distribution activities, Gutek Film organizes the Era New Horizons film festival and the new American Film Festival in Poland.

    The awards, which are given to the best animated film, the best producer, and the best director, are voted on by European animation industry film professionals. Gutek Film was the only representative from Central and Eastern Europe among the nine nominees.
