Scholarships to the workshop, supported by the MEDIA programme, are available to professionals from Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia.

Cartoon FINANCE will be held in Dublin from 12 - 14 November 2012.

The scholarship covers three nights in a hotel, meal expenses and up to 250 EUR for transportation.
