BRUSSELS: The LUX FILM PRIZE of the European Parliament is once again partnering up with ARTE and ARTEKino to promote over the next three months one LUX PRIZE film monthly as the Film of the Month. Each film will be online for free and with subtitles in 24 languages for one month, from March till May 2019.

The aim is to raise awareness of European commitments to culture and the European Elections 2019.

The films chosen for March, April and May 2019 are Shun Li and the Poet by Italian documentary director Andrea Segre (awarded with the LUX Prize in 2012), France’s Girlhood by Céline Sciamma (a finalist for the LUX Prize in 2014), and Tabu by the Portuguese director Miguel Gomes (one of the three LUX Prize finalists in 2012).
