FNE at Cannes 2021: Films from FNE Partner Countries Selected for Cannes Short Films Competition and Cinéfondation

    CANNES: A Macedonian film has entered the Cannes Short Films Competition for the first time, while films from Romania, Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic are in the Cinéfondation selection.

    Ten titles were selected from 3,739 submitted films to compete for the Short Film Palme d’Or, while 17 films (from 1,835 submitted titles) are in the selection of the 24th edition of Cinéfondation.
