Viasat launches new Baltic channel

Viasat announced it will launch a new channel, Viasat Nature East, in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia as well as in the Ukraine on May 3.

The Viasat ( will eventually be broadcast in 25 countries in Central and Eastern Europe. The company said the new channel is a version of Viasat Nature, which has been available in Nordic territories since 1998.
