Central European Films Head for Moscow International Film Festival

    MOSCOW: The 32 edition of the Moscow International Film Festival (www.moscowfilmfestival.ru) will be dominated by films from neighbouring central European countries with six films from CEE in the main competition and another film in the Perspectives competition.

    Poland has two films in the main programme and Moscow festival selectors seem to be following the Gdynia competition closely because the grand prix winners for both 2009 and 2010 have been selected: Reverse directed by Borys Lankosz (see FNE profile (19.9.09) in the Prespectives section and Little Rose directed by Jan Kidwa-Blonski (see FNE profile 24.5.10)
