The platform aims to reach the domestic audience given the shortage of screens in many Romanian towns (which explains why the films don’t have English subtitles), and is supported by the National Cultural Fund Administration.

Japanese Dog/Câinele japonez by Tudor Cristian Jurgiu (which was released in cinemas on 18 October 2013) and the documentary Tănase Affair/Afacerea Tănase by Ionuţ Teianu (released on 1 November 2013) are among the titles available free of charge. The film lessons on The Afternoon of a Turturer, Niki and Flo, and Terminus Paradis are given by Lucian Pintilie in French.
