BUCHAREST: Romance TV will launch in Romania and Hungary on 3 May 2016.
The channel is operated by Mainstream Networks Holding GmbH & Co. KG, a subsidiary of Mainstream Media AG. In Romania and Hungary two subsidiaries have been created, Romance TV România Betriebs GmbH with Ralf Gabor as Operational Manager and Romance TV Magyar Betriebs GmbH with Tim Werner as Operational Manager.
Romance TV was launched first in Germany in 2008, then in Poland in 2010.
The Film New Europe (FNE) Association is the networking platform for film professionals in the CEE/SEE/Baltics region. The webportal and FNE newswire was chosen as the MAIN TOOL to achieve the network’s objectives of the sharing of know how, visibility of regional cultural diversity and finally the VOICE of the region.
