Adrian Sârbu sells SC Pro TV SA shares to CME

    Adrian Sârbu, president and CEO of Central European Media Enterprises (CME, www.cetv-net.com), has notified the National Audiovisual Centre of Romania (www.cna.ro) that he sold his last 5% of shares at SC Pro TV SA.

    Last year, when CME bought Media Pro Entertainment, and Adrian Sârbu was made CEO, he received a share package. The shares at SC Pro TV SA are now owned by CME Investments B.V., Holland (99.9714%) and CME Media Enterprises B.V., Holland (0.0286%).

    SC Pro TV SA, a leader on the Romanian market, controls Pro TV (www.protv.ro), Acasă TV (www.acasatv.ro), Pro TV International (www.protvi.ro), Pro Cinema (www.procinema.ro), Sport.ro ( www.sport.ro) and MTV România (www.mtv.ro). CME operates seven TV channels in Central and Eastern Europe.
