    Vlada works as a truck driver during the NATO bombing of Serbia in 1999. Tasked with transporting a mysterious load from Kosovo to Belgrade, he drives through unfamiliar territory, trying to make his way in a country scarred by the war. He knows that once the job is over, he will need to return home and face the consequences of his actions.

    Ognjen Glavonić, Director: Ognjen Glavonić was born in Pančevo, SFR Yugoslavia. Živan Makes a Punk Festival, his first documentary, had its premiere at Cinéma du Réel and was selected in Rotterdam, CPH:DOX, and IndieLisboa, among others. Ognjen’s documentary Depth Two had its premiere at the Berlinale Forum. He is the founder of Pančevo Film Festival. The Load is his first feature film.

    Biljana TutorovBiljana Tutorov, Serbian Producer on the Move 2018

    Biljana Tutorov is a producer, director and film curator from Novi Sad, Serbia. After graduating from Art History at the Catholic University of Louvain (Belgium), Biljana studied Film Anthropology in EPHE (France) and with Jean Rouch. In parallel, she studied Drama at Ecole Internationale de Thêatre Jacque Lecoq in Paris. She is the author of several video installations, short, feature and documentary films, video works and performances. In 2010 she founded an independent film production company Wake Up Films dedicated to the young European talents and strong voices from the region. She worked as programmer for the Free Zone Film Festival in Belgrade. Biljana is an active member of European Women Audiovisual Network and one of its 2018 mentees, member of European Documentary Network member and a EURODOC alumna. Her last feature documentary WHEN PIGS COME had its premiere on Sarajevo Film Festival 2017, where it received the EDN Talent Grant, followed by Visions du Reel, Hot Docs and other festivals and awards.
