The script, penned by Marek Epstein, is set the day before Christmas when the Angel Petronel and the devil Uriáš come down to the Earth for a special mission at God’s request. The cast includes a who’s who of Czech and Slovak actors including Ivaj Trojan, Jiří Dvořák, Jiří Bartoška, Vica Kerekes, Bolek Polívka, Marián Labuda, Martin Huba, Bolek Polívka, Vojtěch Dyk, Pavel Liška, Stanislav Majer and Klára Issová.

The 1.3 m EUR project was also supported by the Czech State Cinematography Fund and the Czech distribution company Falcon.

“In March we finished the main production phase, which included shooting in the Low Tatras, and we are moving to Prague’s RUR Studio for post-production,“ Ľubomír Slivka from Attack Film told FNE.
