FESTIVALS: Ten Films Compete at Ljubljana IFF

    LJUBLJANA: Slovenian director Olmo Omerzu’s international coproduction Family Film is among the ten films in the main competition section Perspectives at the 26th Ljubljana Film Festival LIFFe running 11-22 November 2015.

    Omerzu’s film is a Czech/Slovak/Slovene/German/French coproduction. All but one of the ten competing films is a European production or coproduction.

    LIFFe will also screen 16 short films in its second competition section, Europe in Short. This year the festival will present a seven-film hommage to American indie director Hal Hartley.
