Voice of My Father is Perisan Film’s second film to be selected for the Golden Boll competition. The company, which is run by the producing/directing team of Ozgur Dogan, Orhan Eskikoy and Zeynel Dogan, sent On My Way to School (directed by Ozgur Dogan and Orhan Eskikoy) to the festival 2009, winning two awards.

Orhan Eskikoy and Zeynel Dogan directed Voice of My Father, with Ozgur Dogan producing. The cast is composed mainly of Zeynel Dogan’s family. The film is the drama of a Kurdish mother, full of memories, video tape recordings and children.
