Acquisition of shares in Cineworld Plc, crossing the threshold of 25%
The Board of Directors of Global City Holdings N.V., a company duly organized and existing under the laws of the Netherlands, with its registered office in Amsterdam, the Netherlands (the "Company"), hereby announces that on 16 April 2014, following purchase of 400,000 shares for the amount of GBP 1,191 thousand it crossed the threshold of 25% in Cineworld Plc.
