The first year, given the time limitations will recognize the Turkish film makers and musicians who live and produce in Europe, later the selection will go worldwide. The Awards have been organized led Ali Gedikoglu (The President), Erdal Murat Akdas (General Coordinator) and Deniz Ziya Temeltas (The Artistic Director).
The selection commitee as follows: Kıraç, Alp Atağ, Meryem Uzerli, Fahrettin Güneş, Aykut Dursun, Meral Uslu, Melike Tarkan, Faruk Günaltay and Faruk Beyhan.
