TBILISI: The Summer of Frozen Fountains by Georgian director Vano Burduli will be released in Georgia and Estonia on 21 January 2016.

The film had its world premiere at the 19th Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival (13-29 November 2015) and was also screened at the 16th Tbilisi International Film Festival (30 November-6 December 2015).

The Summer of Frozen Fountains is a Georgian/Russian coproduction between Studio 29+7, Film Company CTB, and Producing Centre Gemini. The film was supported by the Georgian National Film Center.

The film covers three days of the city life of Tbilisi residents of different ages, different social status and different professions. The cast includes Georgian and foreign actors: Andrius Paulavicius, Nutsa Kukhianidze, Ia Sukhitashvili, Dati Khrikadze, Giorgi Nakashidze, Nato Murvanidze and Dato Darchia.

Studio 29+7 is handling the sales.
