The President of TVP Janusz Daszczyński and the Chancellor of Lodz Film School Mariusz Grzegorzek signed the cooperation agreement on 4 December 2015. The contract announces plans for TVP to hold completions for best bachelor and master level works and films as well as a competition for best script that will be put into production. TVP will give students the possibility to present their film on TVP Kultura, the public station devoted to art and culture.

Students of Lodz Film School will also be able to create and produce a TV Theater play for broadcast. TVP will also broaden the offer of internships for students of Lodz Film School, a programme that was previously managed by TVP's local branch TVP Lodz. The students will also have access to TVP's vast archives including documentary and programming collections.

The co-operation will include the new Film, TV Series and TV Theatre Agency that Jan Duszyński is planning to create in 2016. In addition to the Television Academy, Film Agency, TVP Kultura, TVP's local units inculde TVP Lodz and TVP's Marketing Office.
