The countdown begins for a record breaking edition of Industry@Tallinn

    The "week to go" countdown has began for Industry @ Tallinn and Baltic Event for the record breaking edition that gets going on November 24th in Nordic Hotel Forum, Tallinn, Estonia.

    Celebrating Black Night’s inauguration to FIAPF's international competitive feature film festivals category, the one week market is packed with an unprecedented lineup of Hollywood and Asian executives from Lionsgate, ICM Partners, Producers Guild of America, Distribution Workshop, Showbox and more, sales & distribution community leaders, co-production meetings, and the brand new European Genre Forum pilot - a creative camp for genre professionals with hot pre-development projects. 

    The Film Festivals Confab with London’s ICO will see heads and programmers from the “A class” fests along with Creative Europe runners visit Tallinn including Berlin, Karlovy Vary, Warsaw, Locarno, San Sebastian, Shanghai, Toronto and more, discussing the newest at the big festival biz from programming to sponsorships.

    Teaming with music showcase Tallinn Music Week witnesses yet again a new turn for celebration of world class Estonian film music with a tailor made showcase concert at Estonian National Broadcasting and a full fledged training and networking program with region's top music editors and licensors.

Jeffrey Chan from Hong Kong's venerable distribution and production outfit Distribution Workshop, Judy Ahn from Korea's Showbox Mediaplex, and Susan Chae from Busan IFF's Asian Project Market will share the stage with I@T's Sten Saluveer moderating to discuss what is hot and what is not in Asian film biz including the more than ever relevant status of China market.

    Legendary Polish actor/director Jerzy Stuhr has arrived in Tallinn with his latest “Citizen” in the main competition as the international premiere.
