Drama series and comedies from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Kosovo and Slovenia which premiered between 1 April 2022 and 30 April 2023 were eligible for consideration.

The Heart of Sarajevo Awards for TV series will be awarded in two categories: drama series and comedy. Eight awards will be given in the drama series category and six in the comedy category.

CineLink Industry Days also revealed the six projects selected for CineLink Drama 2023. They come from North Macedonia/Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, Romania/Moldova, Ukraine and Turkey, and they will be pitched on 15 August 2023, after an online prep workshop in July.
