Film Point Group was created to find private investors and choose film projects that will be financed by them through a film fund. The Media Point Group Platform holds 51% of the shares in Film Point Group; the minority shareholder is Dutch company Parrish Media (www.parrishmedia.net).

PMPG SA informed FNE that its President, Michał M. Lisiecki, is also acting as the President of Film Point Group. The new board will be appointed by the end June 2012 and will consist of film experts and people competent in acquiring funds and financing film productions. Currently PMPG SA is in advanced negotiations for the first two film projects that will be financed by Film Point Group in 2012.
