SPI announced it will spend 10 m PLN on the deal once the transaction receives final approval from the governmental authorities.

SPI also recently announced the addition of four film channels to its offerings in Slovakia. In addition, the company said it had signed a first-run movie content agreement with Disney for its CEE channels. In CEE, SPI has operations in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Slovenia and Albania.
