WARSAW: The Helios cinema chain opened its 42nd multiplex cinema in Wołomin. The chain now runs 233 screens and 47,000 seats on the Polish market.
The new multiplex in Wołomin was opened on 25 February 2017 and has four screening rooms with 550 seats. It is equipped with DOLBY 5.1 sound and DepthQ technology.
The cinema in Wołomin will screen regular films as well as special event screenings offered by Helios such as Women Cinema, Night Film Marathons and Helios for Kids.
Established in 1992, Helios is one of Poland's major cinema operators. Since August 2010 it is owned by Agora.
