FESTIVALS: CEE Short Films Selected for Cannes Directors' Fortnight

    CANNES: Short films by the Croatian director Miroslav Sikavica, Georgian director Dea Kulumbegashvili and Czech director Jan Saska were selected for the 48th Directors' Fortnight of Cannes Film Festival.

    The selected short films are Zvir by Miroslav Sikavica, Léthé by Dea Kulumbegashvili and Happy End by Jan Saska. Another short film, Import by the Bosnian-born Dutch director Ena Sendijarevic, will also screen in the selection.

    This year, after Cannes, the films of the 48th Directors’ Fortnight will be shown in Paris, Marseille, Geneva, Rome, Milan, Florence and Brussels.
