BUCHAREST: The first edition of a new TV content market, the Golden Carpathian Market, is set for 25-28 August 2011 in Ploiesti in the Carpathian region of Romania. The event is a regionally-focused business market for the TV and digital media content industries from Central and East Europe plus Middle East and Middle Asia countries.
The event will offer participants an
opportunity not only to buy and sell content but also to understand
specific market trends in audiovisual and digital content in the
region meet the main players in distribution and co-production.
The
Golden Carpathian will also offer a film festival with eight films
screened in a new competition for the festival’s new prize.
