Some 70% of the film will be shot in on locations in Romania including two song sequences and most of the non-musical portion. The current shoot schedule will last for 16 days. The film has already completed the Indian part of its shoot in Goa and Hampi.
The production is part of a growing trend from Bollywood producers which is boosting the location services industry in CEE countries. Bollywood productions have recently shot on location in Latvia, the Czech Republic and other countries across the region.
The film is produced by J P Dutta and will be the acting debut of his daughter Nidhi Dutta. It is produced by Dutta’s new production outfit J P Gene which was set up to focus on youth films.
