Cinema City - ParkLakeBUCHAREST: Cinema City opened its fourth multiplex in Bucharest and the 24th in Romania. The biggest cinema operator in Romania invested 6 m EUR in the multiplex located in the newly opened ParkLake Shopping Center.
The multiplex has 14 screens with 1,966 seats. „In 2015 Cinema City Romania opened a record number of 5 multiplexes becoming number 3 in the Cineworld network after UK and Poland", said Moshe „Mooky” Greidinger, CEO Cineworld Group in Bucharest.
In April 2016 Cinema City Romania opened another multiplex in Timişoara and plans to open at least one multiplex until the end of the year. Cinema City Romania currently runs 24 multiplexes with 225 screens and 40,854 seats.
