Özcan pitches Future Lasts Forever in Paris

    Turkish director Özcan Alper's second feature project, Future Lasts Forever (Gelecek uzun sürer) was presented at the co-production forum and development platform organised by the Paris Cinéma International Film Festival (http://www.pariscinema.org/).

    Fourteen projects were selected from 320 applicants to the event called Paris Project (http://www.pariscinema.org/en/paris-project.html) which took place July 5-7, 2010.


    The Turkish film was presented by the director and the producer, C. Aslı Filiz. The script is at the final draft phase with shooting planned for November 2010. Future Lasts Forever is produced by Nar Film Yapim (http://www.narfilm.com/en/) and has a budget of 1.1 million Euros.

    Czech Republic was present at the co-production forum with a WWI project, Pawns of Gunnar Tryggvason, produced by Axman Production (www.axmanproduction.com). The film has a budget of 5.5 million Euros.
